Interim Finance Manager - Rugby Duration: 3 - 6 months £40,000 - £50,000 pa About the Role: In this role, you will take charge as an Interim Finance Manager, providing essential support to the Finance Director/CFO and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance function. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and mentor a small finance team, ensuring they have the necessary training and support. Financial Management : Oversee the maintenance of financial records and implement robust financial systems and controls. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes, leveraging new systems and technologies.
